Viewing the harvest reports

Download the latest version of Acrobat Reader for free.
(If you've purchased the entire Adobe Acrobat program, you shouldn't need to upgrade.)
You need to have Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later to view the Harvest Reports.

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble seeing the entire harvest report even after you've installed the latest version, your computer may still be using an older version of Acrobat Reader.
  1. Open a report and click on Help in the toolbar menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Click on the About option to see what version is in operation.

  3. If it is an earlier version than what you just downloaded, close the program and go to your computer's Control Panel. Select Add/Remove Programs, highlight the old program and hit Remove.

  4. Make sure you installed version 5.0 or later after it was downloaded and try opening the report again.
